LEADS Solutions was established by seasoned aerospace professionals in 2010 to support the blooming needs of Indian Civil, Military and R & D aerospace industries.
 
We are an Aerospace product and service provider with strong focus on Engineering Service, Design & Development of Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Avionics subsystems.  With our domain knowledge and experience, we strive to deliver end-to end solutions right from concept to product realisation.  Our team’s vast experience encompassing flight testing, maintenance, modification, large system integration and operations of aircraft has enabled us to provide optimized and cost effective solutions to our customer’s requirement.  To utilize our in house domain expertise on aircraft, we have formed an Aircraft Spares Support Division which caters to the various spares, GSEs and components needs of aircraft operators.
 
We are a blend of young, innovative budding engineers with seasoned and experienced IIT Alumnus driving us.
